“I ordered the LTS belted black jumpsuit. The fabric was nice but the fit was not good. The back part around the keyhole stuck out and it was very difficult to hook the button. Also, it was way too long. I'm 5'11" and it dragged on the ground. The crotch area was also too long. It's very cute but the fit was not good. To return, it will cost me $22! So not worth it. Not order from the company again due to their return policy.”
“Tried this company again. As usual, problems with returns. There is no reason that returns cannot be handled more efficiently. On top of everything, they charge you for the return! Is this company in the dark ages?”
“I have been a customer of LTS for decades.
Over the years I have had some great items, good quality and well sized(usually a size smaller than my usual fitted)
In recent years the quality has dropped noticeably and the sizing is so erratic that I order two different sizes, even then the smaller size is huge!
My latest order of 12 items ( 2 sizes of each garment) was delivered very quickly and packaged well.
Some were huge, not good quality. I kept one shirt
As LTS now charge for returns over 5 items and postage it made it an expensive purchase!
I will be very guarded about future orders and am very disappointed in the decline in quality and standards
Shame as it was so good for many years 🥲”
“Length of jeans is good, but fit is absolutely erratic. Bought two pairs of jeans for my 6'3" daughter. One fit perfectly, the other fit as if it was 3 sizes too big in the waist. The WORST part was the attempted return/exchange process. Started by requesting an RMA on the website, the return information they sent was for a package going to the UK. The jeans cost $30 and the return cost was going to be $27...??? I contacted them asking for a US return address (because I purchased from the US store site), and this started a loop of sending me to one website's contact form which sent me back to the original and around and around and around until the most recent response from "customer service" instructed me that the address was on the return documentation, and referred me back to the UK address. I abhor customer service emails where the agent doesn't actually read the question.”
“Ordered black straight leg jeans in size 14 ..am size 14 on the bottom half in Every other brand I wear!! These jeans were so tight on the waist I had to return them ..also the quality was poor and nothing like what it used to be!! I'm very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️”
“Late 2022 something has gone very wrong with this company . I ordered 3 pairs of identical black jeans size 14 and two pairs of 16. The quality is very poor and the smell of the dye is horrendous. One pair of 16;s the zip wouldn't stay up but the fit was great - these were returned. the second pair of 16;s were very undersized and much closer to a 14. Again the smell was terrible and the dye that came out was shocking. DON'T wash with anything else.
I m still waiting for a refund.”
“Wish I had read reviews before I ordered a £64 jacket, my parcel was not recieved, almost impossible to talk to anyone, emails not helpful, it's a really bad company”
“Although package came quickly, item was extremely badly packaged.
Clothing hanging out of unsealed inner plastic.
The yellowed sellotape supposed to seal it was undone, and stuck to the fleece item
Luckily I carefully managed to remove it,but I have never received anything in the post so badly wrapped.
....Hope it wasn't a previously returned item.
I will never buy from this company again.
Wish I had read the reviews first”
“I am a tad disappointed with the swim suit I ordered only because it’s not long enough for my torso,
or a great deal of bum coverage, maybe it’s ok if your toned but I am not. I do not want have my backside on display. I’ll stick to speedos in future.
Or if anyone knows where to buy a long swim suit I’d love to know. I’m not excessively tall at 5ft 11.”
“Oh I'm so sad to write this. All the pants in my closet are LTS. I'm a thin 6" with long legs and have had a difficult time all my life buying pants until LTS. Started online shopping LTS about seven years ago. Always used to call and talk to someone if there was a problem and return without shipping fees if something didn't fit or was poor quality.
Now (for the first time) a pair of pants in my order are too short. Was refused any return at first because the time it took for shipment to get to me in Washington DC left me with no time within their time frame to return. Was given a "courtesy" return but shipping will cost me $20; on an $80 return, it just doesn't seem worth it. Will keep the pants and now consider buying from LTS like buying from China--a risky purchase, as there will be no sending back. So sad. Loved this company. Was a faithful customer. I guess the golden age of LTS has passed (by the way, the quality in their stretch pants has significantly decreased as well and another pair of pants on this order had a hole in the seam when they arrived. I can repair, but it's disappointing.)
Will deeply miss the LTS that once was.”
“LTS has declined significantly since having been bought out. There are no reviews of the individual products on the website so it is difficult to assess what an item is actually like. Plus, after having purchased 6 items, I can say that the pictures do not fairly represent the products. All 4 dresses were HUGE and all 6 items were very cheaply made. In addition, I was charged a foreign transaction fee by my bank - this fee was not described/disclosed by LTS, my purchase was confirmed in US $'s, and my many other purchases from non-US companies have never incurred this fee. Customer Service does not respond to my inquiry about this. I am still waiting on a refund after 25 days for items returned. Sadly, I will no longer be buying from LTS. It is also puzzling how different review sites can have such drastically different reviews (e.g. trustpilot, vs. review.io vs. sitejabber).”
“I have not ordered from them since the change over because the clothes are not the same caliber at all. I just went to the site and thought, what is going on here. It is such a hodgepodge of cheap stuff. I looked and found that they are owned by AK Retail Holding and have only made $144. million dollars and only have 8 employees. It sounds like one of those scam companies. It may not be but after reading the reviews below, it kind of sounds like it.
I am so sorry that you all have had such a bad time of it but I thank you for your reviews. I will stay away.
I gave it 2 stars just because I haven't actually bought anything but looking at the clothing styles is enough or a bad review. You all know that there are a lot of other clothing companies out there who cater to tall women, right? Just do a search for tall women clothing and different ones come up. TM

“I’ve been shopping with LTS for over 30yrs & never been disappointed, until now. Cheap & nasty polyester loungewear not at all the standard I’ve come to know & love.
Sadly ‘YOURS’ has influenced LTS not the other way around. I’ll go elsewhere, sadly.”
