Why has the return process changed? Now it's impossible to return something shipped to the U.S. The online process directs you to return to the U.K., at your cost, which in my case, that cost would be more than the item itself. This was not always how the process worked, items purchased from the U.S. were returned in the U.S. for a flat rate. I can no longer afford the gamble of shopping LTS, the sizing is too inconsistent.

Not a question but a complaint. I spent $200.00 on a coat from LTS, The coat is too big and poor quality so I decided to return it, The post office advised me it would cost me $149.00 to send it back by boat (Canada to UK) or $200.00 by plane. So you win you get to keep the cash and I'm stuck with a coat I can't wear. I sure hope you warn you Canadian and US customers how expensive it is to return items. I sure won't ever shop with you again
