“ I have been a customer of LTS for decades. Over the years I have had some great items, good quality and well sized(usually a size smaller than my usual fitted) In recent years the quality has dropped noticeably and the sizing is so erratic that I order two different sizes, even then the smaller size is huge! My latest order of 12 items ( 2 sizes of each garment) was delivered very quickly and packaged well. Some were huge, not good quality. I kept one shirt As LTS now charge for returns over 5 items and postage it made it an expensive purchase! I will be very guarded about future orders and am very disappointed in the decline in quality and standards Shame as it was so good for many years 🥲 ”
