“ No stars. Customer service was extremely poor and the manager was very rude and unhelpful. Clearly loyalty and frequent buying with this company stands for nothing. Purchased a long khaki puffa coat that had a faulty zip. Poor quality coat and service Don’t recommend anyone buy from this company ”

Now I am stuck with cloths I can't wear. I miss the days when they were real. Also, am I the only one who finds all their knit wear highly uncomfortable?
