Worst customer service! They wanted $28 to return wrong size pants that were sent. Cannot reach anyone with email for return saying they are closed and will get to me when they open. Pants going to goodwill. Terrible service and will never order from them again.

Don't buy anything unless you're absolutely sure you'll keep it. I wanted to return some items, but never received a return label. Customer service was supposed to help me, but never heard back from them, despite asking them many times. So now i'm stuck with clothes that don't fit. Absolutely rubbish. Waste of money. Will NEVER buy here again.

Previous reviews are correct… This is NOT LTS from before 2020. The clothes are cheap and not designed for tall women. The customer service is a joke and having returned items the same day they were delivered ( as they were all awful) I am still waiting for my refund ( it’s been over 2 weeks) I will NEVER buy clothing from them again!!!!!!

Over the years I have had some great items, good quality and well sized - 6ft & wear a UK 10 / 12 I hadn't ordered for a while & was quite shocked and disappointed at the decline in quality & zero customer service.

Customer service is terrible. They did not help and basically said they do not care that I did not receive my merch. It's very disheartening that they operate this awfully!

This is so very sad and no wonder they went out of business in Canada!!! we just do not tolerate poor service like this.

Customer service is terrible, only way to contact them online is via the portal on their website which just generates auto responses.

After sending my return, I have read up on the company, and seeing there are tons of complaints to the Better Business Bureau about customers never receiving their refunds and never being able to get in touch with customer service, so I'm preparing for a long process for receiving my refund.
