I ordered quite alot for my daughter and received it all in a timely manner. Unfortunately most did not fit, but she did like some and wanted to try them a size smaller. Before I even sent my returns I ordered the items she liked in a different size. Again they arrived in a timely manner, they fit and she loved them. Now I contact company SEVERAL times for help with information on preceding with my return. After many many emails and no help I called England and they sent me lable to send out my return. They did tell me when they received my package the items would be inspected and my money would be refunded. Just take note, ALWAYS save your postage receipt, you track it and know exactly when they received it. Unfortunately I felt I had to contact an attorney, something I've never felt the need to do but it is alot of money and the stress of the whole situation has been awful.
