Most items I purchased were completely off in size, leaving me no choice but to return them. Their return process required me to send the return through standard international mail, costing me a staggering US$106. Needless to say, I would never have purchased from them had their website been transparent about the return process and costs. Hidden return costs: During the purchase process, there was no indication of the return process to the UK via standard international mail. In fact you are being misled when shopping from the US, as you will be directed to a US version of the website, creating the impression of a separate US store, misleading customers to believe they're purchasing/returning locally, which is not true. After sending my return, I have read up on the company, and seeing there are tons of complaints to the Better Business Bureau about customers never receiving their refunds and never being able to get in touch with customer service, so I'm preparing for a long process for receiving my refund. My advice to US shoppers: I strongly advise against purchasing from Long Tall Sally.
