I’m really surprised to read the negative reviews. My experience with them has been entirely positive. I initially saw them on Dragon’s Den and signed up the same night. It was very easy, no tricky questions, took just a few minutes, and that was that. I told them when my current deal was due to end and they did the rest. They kept me informed throughout the process and, had I not been happy with the supplier they were signing me up with, I could have stopped it at any time.
One year later, when I was approaching the end of the new deal, the team were in touch in good time to get me the best tariff for the following year. They asked me if anything had changed about my usage in the intervening time so they could be sure to find me the best deal again. In my case it hadn’t. The process went every bit as smoothly as it had the first time and I’m equally delighted as before.
I’ve been swapping tariffs every year for years, to get myself the best deal. It’s not difficult to do yourself but, based on my experience, why bother when someone else can do it for you for free? I just wish they’d sort out a way to do the same with my car and house insurance every year. Now that really is a pain in the a**e!
