You changed my utilities to Scottish Power and have had nothing but trouble ever since. I am still trying to sort out the bill which went from £83 to £143 2months running we are pensioners living in a small bungalow and have never in 25 years here paid more than £83. We would like some help from you because you got us into this mess.
