Erm I’m certain some of the things I received have been used, specifically the khiels lip mask that clearly has been dug in to with someone’s long nails. Yuck. Are you just resending stuff to other customers that have been used by previous customers? Especially during covid times I wasn’t expecting this to be honest. Fast delivery though, so extra star for that..
