“Worst company I ever ordered from.
1. They missed a product from my box
2. They claimed that the shampoo returned is damaged while I returned it in the same box that they send!!
3. I had to pay £10 for returns and it was so complicated! I had to print the return and take it to the post office!
4.Refused any refund!!!

“The item I ordered was not delivered and after several attempt from me to sort it I didn't get any response or received any information about what had happened to my delivery. I kept being told that they did recognize my account????And couldn't not talk to me about the item I ordered??Terrible customer service. You took my money but didn't delivery the goods. Shocking!!.Especially as it was a 18th birthday present for my granddaughter.My first and last use of your company. I will get my credit card company to sort my refund. Do not use this company.!!! You don't even deserve 1 star. Zero is better.”
“This is the second time over a couple of years that the return process goes wrong.
I took time out of my day to go to the post office to post the return, as per Look Fantastic's request, using the return address and PO box number provided by Look Fantastic, and 6 weeks later, I am contacted by a third party courier who tells me that the return has bounced back / hasn't been collected by Look Fantastic, and that I need to go collect it.
At this point, I had taken time out of my day to go to the post office, paid for the return, AND provided proof of postage to Look Fantastic, and when I contact them to tell them what has happened, their reply is "Go pick up the item from the third party courier and post it to us again or we won't be processing your refund".
The third party courier is located in the opposite end of town - a 30 minute drive in each direction.
I had this same experience a couple of years back and it's repeating itself.
Consider me a customer lost. HORRIBLE and utterly unprofessional service. You should NOT be servicing the UAE market if you do not have the capabilities to do so.”

“My very first and certainly last business with Lookfantastic. They shipped goods from UK but didn't let me know that. As far as I'm concerned, I made my payment and it's a fairly large order (more's the pity) and the app says explicitly that orders above 200 have free delivery. At the point of delivery, I'm told that there are extra delivery charges. It's not a problem paying delivery, but I don't appreciate it being just dropped on my head. When I brought it up with them, they were absolutely useless. And zero business sense as well. They could've atleast offered an item or a % off from the next purchase or something to show they're trying to make up for their mistake, because they're the party that goofed up! Instead they brought up things they've hidden in fine print. If things go to litigation, sure go and comb the fine print. What is your point in bringing up fine print with a customer who has paid upfront for goods yet not received! If it involves shipping from outside the country and additional charges then the customer has to be informed at the point of purchase and not at the doorstep.
I don't recommend these guys at all. Absolutely stupid.”
“0 stars. They use parxl for cross border shipping and they lost my parcel the first time. There were no updates provided. I had to send in an inquiry after the parcel was already delayed for a week and only then I was told my high value purchase was not coming. Asked them to resend and it's been 2 weeks since the replacement item has supposedly been sent but until now it's still showing as "booking received" on the tracking page. It's been a total of 5+ weeks and counting since my original order which was supposed to arrive in "5-7 working days." Ridiculously inept company. They were supposed to send express as well for purchases above $300 but they didn't even after I requested for the replacement to be sent via express. I had the same exact experience a few years ago which is why I have avoided them like the plague since but I thought I'd give them another chance as it's been a while. Big mistake. Still inept and customer service is a joke. AVOID!”
“I never received my free wild case with my order and when I questioned this they said I need to go to wild directly with a voucher. I never received said voucher and was not made aware that I needed to get the free case from a 3rd party. They said they sent the voucher on several occasions to my email but I never received it. Over a month of back and forth I was finally connected with a manager who gave me a code to use on the 3rd party site. In order to get the free case I needed to subscribe and purchase which I was not willing to do. This was never communicated to me. To this day, over 6 weeks later I am no closer to receiving my free case and cannot use my product I purchased as a result. I have been fobbed off and my query bounced around in the hope I’d get fed up. Extremely poor customer service and false advertising. I will never be using this site again.”
“The company seems to be operating a form a package fraud - in which packages aren't sent but the funds are taken from customers. The company then draws out any discussion across multiple parties, forms, and systems presumably with the hope that customers will give up.
Will be reporting to the regulator and consumer watchdogs.”

This review is my personal experience with Lookfantastic.ae and i suffered a lot due to their fraudulent nature, so kindly stay away from them for shopping.
Let me tell you, i purchased 10 units of a product on 27th April with order#576440534 and i waited for them to deliver it and on 8th may when i asked them, they replied that your parcel is lost in transit and we have ordered a replacement for you. On 9th May, i received an email from them with replacement order#576440534R.1 and found they dispatched only 1 unit and i asked why it is like that they told me that we will sent more once available. Then i asked them to send me refund if they don't have inventory and then they start asking for many things and i provide them. After all the provided, they told me that your case is with investigation team and soon they will release your funds. Suddenly i received an email on 29th May that we checked CCTV and your order was packed and we are closing your account. I was shocked that which type of enquiry is this that on only CCTV footage, you found i received the order.
I have all type of emails from them as proof which clearly shows that i didn't receive the proper order and also, they don't have system where they can see that they have placed a replacement order, but the only thing is, it's a fake company and i suggest my brother and sisters to stay away from them as i already lost my money but want others to be very careful.”

- told me to wait 14 days for the items to “scanned in” 3 days after the items were delivered
- after 17 days, no message
- now are asking 3-5 days for the “internal team” to look into my refund request.
- no apology, no goodwill gesture and no compensation. Disgusting, greedy and unethical company. Avoid and shop in Sephora UK or beauty bay instead.”
“My husband wanted to get me a gift voucher for my birthday, he had to buy 4 separate ones because he couldn’t just buy one to that total.
Then when I went to spend them I could only use one at a time. Each time I was charged postage even though the total came to over the free postage.
I ended up paying twice the value of the vouchers just so I could be done with the company and use the vouchers.
I wanted the order cancelled with in minutes when I realised this when I used first vouchers.
They wouldn’t allow me. Back and forth I was asking for a refund and why were they still charging me postage.
I couldn’t bear it anymore and just spend the vouchers and washed my hands of them.
They treat a gift card like it’s a discount code so even though you ve just paid it’s not seen as value. Horrible company. These people need to be put in their place. Absolute crooks, getting away with this for years.”
“I typed out my new address. placed order. see order is still going to old address. After spending 10 minutes trying to find how to cancel/amend order online, then finding the 'message' function, I email to ask please cancel or amend to correct address. Told cannot as it's already been dispatched. According to the time of me placing order, and me raising the issue, it was 23 minutes. No way of cancelling, amending, requesting a refund. Nothing. I wouldn't be so mad if I hadn't DELETED the old address. It wasn't even my last used address. Zero customer service and no help whatsoever with the issue which was an issue with the companies site because I did not enter my address incorrectly. Oh also - the prices are higher on the site than in store (UK), so you think you're getting a deal with the 'discount'.”
