I never received my free wild case with my order and when I questioned this they said I need to go to wild directly with a voucher. I never received said voucher and was not made aware that I needed to get the free case from a 3rd party. They said they sent the voucher on several occasions to my email but I never received it. Over a month of back and forth I was finally connected with a manager who gave me a code to use on the 3rd party site. In order to get the free case I needed to subscribe and purchase which I was not willing to do. This was never communicated to me. To this day, over 6 weeks later I am no closer to receiving my free case and cannot use my product I purchased as a result. I have been fobbed off and my query bounced around in the hope I’d get fed up. Extremely poor customer service and false advertising. I will never be using this site again.
