The item I ordered was not delivered and after several attempt from me to sort it I didn't get any response or received any information about what had happened to my delivery. I kept being told that they did recognize my account????And couldn't not talk to me about the item I ordered??Terrible customer service. You took my money but didn't delivery the goods. Shocking!!.Especially as it was a 18th birthday present for my granddaughter.My first and last use of your company. I will get my credit card company to sort my refund. Do not use this company.!!! You don't even deserve 1 star. Zero is better.
