-they sent me a parcel with someone else’s order
- they asked me to send it back at my own cost
- eventually agreed to cover shipping
- told me to wait 14 days for the items to “scanned in” 3 days after the items were delivered
- after 17 days, no message
- now are asking 3-5 days for the “internal team” to look into my refund request.
- no apology, no goodwill gesture and no compensation. Disgusting, greedy and unethical company. Avoid and shop in Sephora UK or beauty bay instead.
