Within minutes of placing the order, I saw the delivery address was incorrect. I contacted immediately back and forth messages. Couldn’t change delivery address. Wouldn’t cancel the order. I explained I now live 300 miles away from where they are sending my parcel. So unhelpful. The order is still only showing processing. Unbelievable I have lost £60 and so upset
