I have ordered from look fantastic twice. The first time products were missing or broken when they arrived (a body oil had spilt through the entire box). The second order NEVER ARRIVED. I emailed customer service, who told me to wait for 1 month more due to covid. 3 months, and several emails later NOTHING has arrived and customer service are not responding to me. THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
