I ordered a £170 La Mer gift set from LookFantastic that was advertised as containing a 30ml moisturiser. The set I received contained a 15ml moisturiser instead. I contacted customer service within 48 hours of delivery and was told someone would get back to me within a few days. That did not happen. After chasing multiple times and offering reasonable resolutions, including supplying the correct item as advertised or a fair price adjustment, the issue was repeatedly delayed and not resolved. The product is still advertised on their website as containing a 30ml moisturiser, even after I pointed this out, which suggests the listing itself may be incorrect. What I found particularly disappointing is that LookFantastic later invited me to leave a review about my experience. When I did so and explained exactly what had happened, the review was rejected and not published. I was given a generic message saying it did not meet their guidelines, without any specific explanation. Based on this, I would treat reviews shown on the LookFantastic website with caution, as negative experiences appear unlikely to be published when they describe genuine service issues. My intention was not to obtain a refund, but to receive the product as described or a fair adjustment. Unfortunately, after repeated delays, I had no option but to escalate the matter through my bank. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, particularly given the premium price point and the amount of time spent trying to resolve something that should have been straightforward.

Regarding to orders to Netherlands. I have issues with 3 parcels (within a 1,5 month period) and ordered quite often (2-3 times per month) because of good deals. Disappointment starting once parcels are on it’s way, 1st parcel I never received and found locker empty, 2nd parcel damaged with luckily no items affected, 3rd parcel got lost and replacement order was completely incorrect item (instead of Lookfantastic advent calendar, I’ve received 50% cheaper My Protein advent calendar) and of course advent calendar availability was sold out (even I bought it at November beginning all “shipments” took place till December and I stand with nothing). Customer service helpful and sometimes vague, though constant automated replies are quite annoying. I do not see myself further after this continuing with Lookfantastic because they made me more miserable than fantastic with all shipments. Maybe it is me unlucky, but would advise to reconsider if few euros worth longer waiting time and potential issues with your orders.

I, like lots of people chose to trust LookFantastic for their deals and as they are well established and reputable for my Christmas Shopping... big mistake, huge. Not only is my parcel expected 2 days ago with no update. I reached out for help and they have informed me that I just have to wait a further 5 days to then, have it deemed lost in transit. I am so disappointed and frankly, screwed. I do not have the time or resources to wait a further 5 days, 5more for a refund and then order again at full price... I have asked multiple times for an alternative, to which the representative copied and pasted the original response. Please wait 5 working days. I asked it to be escalated, you have to wait two days for that. I find it shocking that an online based, well established company does not have alternative solutions if the transit fails. Especially at Christmas amd during their promotional sales. I am extreamely disappointed. I expected some help or solution. Not only that but they ended the chat abruptly withing a minute so I couldnt ask for a complaint reference number or do the survey. Shocking. Don't trust them with your Christmas Shopping.

Took my money and sent wrong item. No response from customer service. I am now out of pocket and have no way of getting my money back. You cannot phone them directly and I got no response from the chat service. Will avoid this company in future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I singed up for the monthly box on a 12 month plan November 2024. I have found the quality of the boxes poor therefore at the end of the plan I requested to cancel which Look Fantastic said they were processing. Low and behold another month and another payment taken. Look fantastic are now stating that I am part way through a subscription but November 2024 was 13 months ago? They reckon I still have 10 boxes to go. 10 boxes of utter tat which I don’t want. Don’t sign up folks, total rip off

DO NOT USE LOOK FANTASTIC! I ordered a £60 bottle of aftershave a couple of weeks ago and when my parcel arrived (undamaged) I opened it and all that was in there was a random cheap looking candle!! I contacted them straight away on the website and they asked me to send them a picture of the label on the front of the box, which I did, and I also send them a picture of the contents of the parcel. They replied after 24-48 hours and apologised and said they’d send the aftershave out to me… 2 weeks later and I’ve still received nothing!! Every time I contact them they just ask me the same questions that they’ve already asked before, just going round in circles. I’ve come to terms now that I’m never getting the aftershave and I’ll just take this as a tough lesson. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING COMPANY!

It’s completely terrible and unprofessional. I never received my order. I have contacted customer support the name was Monde. And within 40 minutes chat I’ve got 5 different versions. She never bothered to really check. And was responding with something different each time. First it was delivered, than I have to go and collect it. Then it’s out of stock. Then that I wasn’t charged. Then again that I received it. This company feels like a scam with completely unprofessional and useless customer support. Order number: 715323940

UPDATE: The estee lauder foundation arrived without proper sealing (no plastic sealing on it), so it may have already been opened by someone else. I initiated the return process, but it was made so difficult, they try to make you give up on it. The return site doesn't work. You write your order number, and guess what? It doesn't exist. I probably will file a complaint at Dubai Consumer Protection. One of the ordered items still didn't arrive and no news about it, however on the site it states that the product can be dispatched within 1-2 days. Delivery takes literally AGES. I ordered 7 days ago, and they said it would be delivered today. You also have to pay taxes and duties above the amount you have already paid. Two items from my order are still stuck in limbo; they can't even estimate when they will be delivered. I wrote them to cancel at least those products from my order that have no estimated delivery time and are in "order_placed" and "processing" status. They wrote me back that those products have been dispatched. Which was a lie, because I could cancel one of them without any problem (they have a "cancel my order" tab on their site). These ridiculously long delivery times are especially ridiculous in Dubai, where literally everything you order from anywhere arrives in a couple of days. Will never be ordering from here.

Disregarded & treated appalling I was waiting on 2 deliveries from Look Fantastic. I always use them for my makeup products. The first one arrived and the second one came with 3 items missing from it. There was slight damage to the parcel but it was not completely open. Naturally I assumed Look Fantastic packed it incorrectly, so I logged a compliant and was told to wait for the team to investigate. I waited 2 weeks to then be told my account has been shut down and they will no longer accept orders from me. The online Customer Service Portal is a nightmare, I receive emails to my email which I cannot reply too. I've been pushed to the side & told they will file a compliant but the decision is final, I will not get a refund or my missing 3 items redelivered. I am appalled by this level of service. As an Elite Professional Golfer, I am in disbelief that a brand this big could lack empathy and understanding. They have assumed I lied and did receive the items. I have no reason to lie, I would not waste my time logged all these compliants, I have better things to do. I will never buy from Look Fantastic Ever again! I used them for everything makeup wise, and the way I have been disregarded and treated is utterly awful. I have been crying so much over this, I have been backed into a corner with nowhere to go, no one is listening to me, everyone is simply pushing me to the side and trying to take advantage of me. Someone please help!!

Please don't buy from this company! Take your money and don't deliver your order. I have tried repeatedly talking to them but can only do so via a chat! I have now had to go down the Trading Standards route to try and get my money back. Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a replacement for a faulty item from Lookfantastic, but instead of sending it to my correct address, they sent it to a family member’s address — someone I am currently having personal issues with. This careless mistake has caused me significant distress and frustration. Despite providing the correct address, the company failed to double-check and correct the delivery details. Their customer service has been slow to respond and hasn’t offered a satisfactory solution yet. I expected better care and attention from a well-known company. I hope Lookfantastic improves their processes and communication to prevent situations like this from happening to others. This is disgusting I won't ever use them after this ..and they are trying to blame me saying this was the address on my last order ! No it wasn't and I proved that .

I ordered 3 items on the website with delivery to Cyprus. 2 items were cancelled without reason, without agreeing with me to change the order. The store sent me one item of cream at a cost cheaper than the delivery. Support wrote that the order cannot be cancelled and the chat was closed. ZERO stars!!! I bought 2 online vouchers as a gift for my Niece. I never received them. My Nieces birthday came and went so I had to give her money instead. I tried to contact Look Fantastic to explain the issue and as they have no contact number you have to message them online. They have told me for 2 weeks different things from ‘they are refunding me’ to ‘they are investigating what’s happened’ ‘a different department is dealing with it’ NONE of this happens. I simply want to be refunded for £100 I have spent on vouchers I didn’t get.

If I could put a zero I would. Item ordered, and paid for next day delivery. The item didn’t arrive until a week later. When the box was delivered I picked the box up and it immediately was apparent the item was missing from the box. On looking over the delivery box it was clear the underside had been tampered with and the item was missing. I took photos, and filmed myself opening the box. They rejected the complaint saying the item was filmed being placed in a box in their warehouse, and closed my account meaning I couldn’t contact them. No evidence provided from them to support their case, and I am out of pocket by £140. I have now had to write a formal complaint letter. So buyers beware, specifically if they are using Evri to deliver your items.

Used to be good. Now they use Royal Mail. Delivered my product to a completely wrong house (not even in my apartment building) - then accused me of not going around my neighbourhood looking for the lost package when I raised the issue with them. Still no refund of this high value item - no refund, no package. I wouldnt buy from this site, completely different experience with Cult Beauty and Sephora
