I used to love this company so much. I have spent thousands of dollars with them and was very happy until I tried to return some perfume. It’s been a nightmare, they made it virtually impossible to initiate the return because after I started it online, I thought I was done and could just return it. Oh no, they make it really really hard. Then after I paid to send the item back, they claimed they didn’t get it when I had proof they had actually gotten it the day before. And I do understand there’s a delay in it coming into a warehouse and being put in the system . And since then it’s just gone downhill I was told within seven days I’d have a refund I’m on day 16 the only way to get in touch with these people is live chat or emails they don’t like to answer. Quite honestly the people on the chats are just rude and some of them clearly don’t know their job. I did actually get a nice girl on a life chat today and was told again 3 to 5 days which I don’t believe because I was told that 16 days ago. In short, I love their products and quite often looked at their website. But they lost a customer in me after all this, so if you order from this company, make sure you do not plan on returning it cause you’re not gonna get your money back without a long drawn out fight.

I bought the olaplex n3 from a local shop and was grade.then I order it from look fantastic and it was terrible

My orders never arrive on time. Delivery was free and I’m not in a huge rush to get it (this time) so it doesn’t matter too much but I would never trust the delivery service if it was urgent. At least this time they let me know it was delayed.

Been a customer for years but clearly they cannot keep up with demand. Over a week and they still have not got back to me with a resolution on my damaged items received (which were delayed weeks) and they just ignore everyone who complains. Genuinely disappointed, customer service has slipped so much.

So ordered 2 perfumes on Black Friday sale I received one but haven’t received other one it’s been over 2 weeks shocking!

Every year Is the same: good discounts on Black Friday and boxing day, but the delivery is always 2/3 months late or even worse, your order is cancelled after two months of waiting for the products. Businesses don't understand that Black Friday is over only when customers receive their orders.

I placed an order and was dispatched. On arrival I had a totally different brand and gift set of shampoo/conditioner that I had ordered. After sending numerous messages via unstagram, Twitter and email regarding this, someone finally responded to my three tweets to say someone would be looking into this and we can send the correct item but can I send back the other one. I thought I was getting somewhere but they ignored me again. They finally responded to another tweet saying it was out of stock did I want a refund. I said yes, they didn't get back to me again. Totally ignored. Totally disgusting and awful customer service. I can't see this getting resolved so looks like I'll be stuck with something I didn't order and looks like I won't be getting my money back either. Didn't seem overly apologetic and didn't follow up with my issue so remains unresolves. I wi!l never shop with them again. They have gone massively downhill. It was their mistake, not mine and I shouldn't have to chase them again and again to get an outcome. Steer clear from this website until they get their act together.

Lookfantastic used to be a great site but recently I have been disappointed in this company. Twice in the last few months I have ordered 2 different items and paid for upon ordering. One item I waited a month for and the other one, after a month I received a message to say they are refunding me because they can not get hold of the item. I've had numerous conversations with their customer service department. Basically, they take your money not even knowing if they can supply you with the item. You'd be better off ordering from somewhere else because they are no cheaper than any other company these days. I wont be shopping with Lookfantastic again.

I have been a regular customer of the lookfantastic because of the good values on their products during the sales seasons. I was happy with them until the latest experience. I spent a few hundred of pounds on one order and I was promised a free gift which worths £29. Everything was shown in the invoice. Then an email sent to me saying the free gift was no longer available. There would not be any replacement. To be honest, I did not mind much about that free gift since I had not used it before. However, I could not help but felt disappointed about this experience. The customer service could certainly handle it better on this matter.

I ordered around £100 worth of items during a lockdown and £45 were missing when delivered. As the items seemed pending online, I didn’t immediately contact the company (my fault) and then due to some personal circumstances didn’t follow up until after 40 days period to report issues. Unlike other online retailers I’ve used, there doesn’t seem to be a check on items despatched vs the order by the company with automatic refund or arrangement of a separate date. The customer has to chase. Products received were fine but no longer feel I can trust this service to proactively check the order before it goes out

I have received 2 of 3 products that I ordered. They came in a decent amount of time but I STILL have a problem with the third one after nearly TWO MONTHS of my order. After getting the two products, they sent me an email that they had a problem with the card that I NEVER PUT, I pay with PayPal LOL. They accepted all the necessary receipt that I sent, they ensured that it was ok and still didn't received anything since. I will never buy again, very disappointed.

I thought that Look Fantastic always had super offers. But that is not true - I bought an eyeshadow palette by Shiseido at 42 €, and found the same palette 11 € cheaper on douglas.de I never received the advertised beauty pouch, delivery of some items took some weeks. So, I'm quite disappointed.

They are a bit cheaper then other company’s , but the wait time is unbelievable. If you need your product now then forget it I am waiting weeks for orders . I get nothing but promises but still no delivery. My daughter is the same only got part of her delivery.

the goods are of good quality for a good price. But what the problem is is customer service. solves any problem very unprofessionally, I solve a lost order with them (goods were ordered on December 29, 2020) - if I did not write repeatedly, they probably would not even solve it after the first message I already wrote about 12 messages, so I started writing them in the news so they can read previous news. my problem is not solved yet. the goods I paid for currently refuse to exchange me and cannot tell me the date. really terrible.

My order shipped December 25 and wasn't received until January 15th (to Canada)- I emailed them January 5 and they said my order was lost then the next day said it wasn't and I had to wait 8 days. It ended up arriving after the 8 days but I got my package. One of the products was sticky and full of residue but the other two were good. Customer service is weird but besides that, I had a pretty good experience considering shipping was during Christmas holidays. They also charged me for shipping when they said it would be free.

Order 259401747 3 December. 2 notifications early Dec saying sorry coming soon. Couldn't contact anyone I.e. Customer Services, phone, email. didn't go through. Had to rush around 24 Dec for replacement. Tried to cancel order. No reply. Arrived today exactly on month from order. Very upsetting. I am in my 70s and found the experience quite upsetting having to pay out twice for this present. Can' t believe in some of these good reviews listed.

First time ordering from Look fantastic. My items turned up battered although they were well packed. Probably mishandling at the warehouse. No free gift as stated at checkout.

Updated review - After waiting a month I finally received my order today. Everything seems in order. So there could be light at the end of the tunnel for those people who are still waiting for their parcels. It doesn't look as if it is a scam - just a very disorganised and uncaring company. I will never order from them again as I just don't need this hassle. I had to order the same stuff from Boots, as I assumed I'd been 'scammed', so now I have ended up with double the amount of make-up!

It said on the website my order had been delivered which it hadn’t, difficult to contact them then very slow response and delivery. Took over 3 weeks to receive original order. Not worth the savings won’t use again
