I ordered around £100 worth of items during a lockdown and £45 were missing when delivered. As the items seemed pending online, I didn’t immediately contact the company (my fault) and then due to some personal circumstances didn’t follow up until after 40 days period to report issues. Unlike other online retailers I’ve used, there doesn’t seem to be a check on items despatched vs the order by the company with automatic refund or arrangement of a separate date. The customer has to chase. Products received were fine but no longer feel I can trust this service to proactively check the order before it goes out
