Updated review -
After waiting a month I finally received my order today. Everything seems in order. So there could be light at the end of the tunnel for those people who are still waiting for their parcels. It doesn't look as if it is a scam - just a very disorganised and uncaring company. I will never order from them again as I just don't need this hassle. I had to order the same stuff from Boots, as I assumed I'd been 'scammed', so now I have ended up with double the amount of make-up!
