NEVER BUY FROM LOOKFANTASTIC. Placed an order before Christmas and paid extra for next day delivery. They sent it via EVRI and I received a notification that the parcel was delivered but I never received my parcel. On tracking there’s no proof of the delivery no sign or photo. Past 3 weeks was trying to get my money back but customer service refusing to resolve this issue. They are trying to avoid a refund by believing evri without any evidence. THE WORDT EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way they have dealt with my query. I made an order on the 20th of July and it is now the 3rd of august and it still hasn’t arrived. I was told it would be here on the 27th at the very latest. Online chat has been disabled and every time I email them they send a generic email back with no answers just excuse after excuse. This company has taken my money and not sent my product. I have no option other than to report them. Avoid at all costs!!

I placed an order with Lookfantastic with an estimated delivery time 2-3 days. It has now been 2 weeks and still no order. I email them twice for cancellation (there’s no tel number) and they said I have to wait for the items to arrive and then go through the returns process. Their courier service (Hermes) tracking shows no delivery update for the last two weeks. I’m starting to think that Look fantastic maybe isn’t even a legitimate online retailer.

Ordered a package in November 2020 we are now in Feb 2021 and I have not received my package! I have spoken to many different customer service agents and it was eventually decided that my package was 'lost', a replacement package was then sent out which appears to also have been 'lost', whether the issue is with look fantastic or hermes I don't know but I will never order from here again

Money has been taken from my account and there is no record of the order. I have contacted look fantastic and they are making it very difficult to refund the money. I am so annoyed that a company take take money from you like this

I don't usually post reviews but i have never been more disgusted and stressed with a service in my entire life. I purchased an order back in November, a month later and it hasn't even been dispatched from the warehouse. I contacted customer service through the online chat portal (as that's the only way you can get through to somebody) and all they can tell me was 'your order has been stuck'. No solutions or anything, just told me to wait but I requested the order to just get cancelled and for me to be refunded. I have chased 14 times for my refund since, and everytime I speak to someone they are extremely unhelpful and give me excuses like 'your refund request didn't go through' or 'I'll chase the refund request for you'. I've had times where they close the chat mid conversation which is honestly disgusting. The warehouse can't even process the refund because they haven't even sent the bloody order (which has apparently disappeared into the ether) in the first place!! It has been 3 months now, and I'm at my wits end. I honestly have been contemplating mediation because this is ridiculous. What do I do????

Worst customer service, EVER. Placed an order and the Royal Mail seemingly never received it - this is the second time this has happened to me with orders. Contacted LF after 4 days and let them know i'd like the order replaced but could they send next day as I had ordered ahead of a holiday. Was told explicitly no they wouldn't do it, but they would place the order. Contacted them again after 2 days as I'd had no confirmation of the replacement order. Apparently they just could not be arsed to send it out when I contacted previously. Again, communicated I needed the order urgently for my impending holiday, and could they possibly send next day delivery as a gesture of good will due to the issues their end - again was told in no uncertain terms, no they would not do this. Received a message from the team an hour later saying the first order had mysteriously been returned to them (after being lost...) and that they had now cancelled and refunded my order. Except I have to wait for FIVE days to get my cash back and cannot actually afford to replace the items I need before my holiday. Just a generic "sorry" message - honestly, the lack of GAF in their messaging is so minimal. OH, and the real kick in the teeth. We're sorry we messed up, here's a £5 voucher to apologies, but you have to spend more money in order to use it, and it doesn't work on about 40% of our brands so.... Do not use, EVER. Unless you just really fancy wasting your time chasing their customer service team up to do their bloody job.

Look Fantastic auto renew your subscription without informing you. They then demand payment. So they basically have ordered goods for you and then expect you to pay. How is this even legal?

The worst customer service I have ever received. I didn’t receive my order although I was informed that my products had been delivered (they hadn’t). Customer service stated they have proof of delivery which they refused to show me. They then reported that the investigation was complete, no refund or replacement to be offered, and deleted my account so I couldn’t access previous messages. Such an enormous cause of frustration and complete waste of time trying to liaise with them about this. I would advise against shopping here as it has been nothing but hassle and I am still trying to get a refund!

Wrong product delivered to me. Misleading image of product in the website. It was my 3rd time ordering with them. This time went wrong. Do not order with this scam company!!!!!!!

Avoid this company. My order never appeared despite an email telling me it was on its way. Tried “Live Chat” and was totally ignored even though my messages were marked as read. I have now had to order from another place and I am totally out of pocket. Whatever you do don’t order anything from them!

Absolutely atrocious. Ordered two sets of expensive haircare duos - one for c. £50 and one for c. £70. An item from each duo is missing from the order. So having effectively failed to send me £60 worth of goods, upon complaint their response (after a week btw) is that I need to print hand sign a form and post it to them. Who, during a national lockdown, has an access to a printer firstly, and secondly, you **** up on the order and forget to send half the goods, and I'm having to do paper admin? Entire business contracts are esigned. What makes you so bloody important that you need a physical signature? Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY! SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS! I ordered a Slip silk pillow case. Instead I got a cheap polyester pillow case delivered. Thankfully I know the difference in textiles. PLEASE PLEASE stay away from that website. I thought I'd save myself 20% discount. But its really not worth it. I went online and checked for reviews and it turned out I wasn't the first to get fake products. And it looks like I won't be the last. Now I'm horrified because I'm worried about skincare products I ordered from their website before and what they might do to my skin. Please stay away. I've attached photos that compare the original Slip pillow case ordered from the Slip website and the fake one from Lookfantastic.

I am sorry I never read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered on the 4th February for a birthday present on the 13th and to date I haven’t received this order (today is the 21st). I have messaged numerous times but get the same reply, they are checking it out!! Not good enough! I still don’t know if I’m going to receive my order, ever! What is the problem?

I’m surprised at seeing all these bad reviews. I’ve been ordering from look fantastic for years and never had a problem. My most recent order took a little longer to come but it’s well known how the postal service is struggling at the moment during covid and everybody ordering online. I shall continue to order from here

THEY ARE SCAMMER! THEY SELECTIVELY SHIPPED SOME ORDERS HERE AND THERE WITH FAULTY GOODS AND GAVE YOU FAKE TRACKING WEBSITE (PART OF THEIR ORGANISATION) LONG LIST OF CUSTOMER SERVICES NAME WHICH ARE ALL MADE UP! THEY SURVIVE THIS GAME BECAUSE THERE ARE STILL SO SO MANY PEOPLE THAT DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS AND KEEP GIVING MONEY TO THEM EVERYDAY. THEY REPLY WITH AUTOMATED REPLIED EVERY TWO DAYS AND THEY KNOW WE WILL GIVE UP EVENTUALLY AND THE MONEY ALREADY IN THEIR FAT BANK ACCOUNT SOUNDLY AND KEEP GETTING MORE EVERYDAY FROM PEOPLE LIKE MYSELF WHEN I MADE MY ORDER.

I have never been treated so badly by a company before. Firstly after ordering 3 months before, my purchase was never delivered. The customer service seems to not even read the messages sent to them. They didn't want to believe that the purchase was not delivered. They don't seem to comprehend the fact that they are a business and that the customer is the most important person involved. It has taken me 4 months to finally get a response from the customer service, after writing many messages and getting irrelevant responses from them finally after 5 months of struggling,they have told me that they are refunding my money, but I will believe it when I see it. The reviews on Trustpilot are false reviews, don't use this company.
