NEVER BUY FROM LOOKFANTASTIC.
Placed an order before Christmas and paid extra for next day delivery. They sent it via EVRI and I received a notification that the parcel was delivered but I never received my parcel. On tracking there’s no proof of the delivery no sign or photo. Past 3 weeks was trying to get my money back but customer service refusing to resolve this issue. They are trying to avoid a refund by believing evri without any evidence. THE WORDT EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE.
