I placed an order with Lookfantastic with an estimated delivery time 2-3 days. It has now been 2 weeks and still no order.
I email them twice for cancellation (there’s no tel number) and they said I have to wait for the items to arrive and then go through the returns process.
Their courier service (Hermes) tracking shows no delivery update for the last two weeks.
I’m starting to think that Look fantastic maybe isn’t even a legitimate online retailer.
