I am sorry I never read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered on the 4th February for a birthday present on the 13th and to date I haven’t received this order (today is the 21st).
I have messaged numerous times but get the same reply, they are checking it out!! Not good enough!
I still don’t know if I’m going to receive my order, ever!
What is the problem?
