ZERO stars!!! I bought 2 online vouchers as a gift for my Niece. I never received them. My Nieces birthday came and went so I had to give her money instead. I tried to contact Look Fantastic to explain the issue and as they have no contact number you have to message them online. They have told me for 2 weeks different things from ‘they are refunding me’ to ‘they are investigating what’s happened’ ‘a different department is dealing with it’ NONE of this happens. I simply want to be refunded for £100 I have spent on vouchers I didn’t get.
