I buy an awful lot from them, and it's annoying that I have to write this review because before now I would have been very happy with them. I pre-ordered an Advent Calendar in September and was assured numerous times it would be delivered in November and now its December 2nd and there is still no sign of it. I raised a case with them in November and they closed it even though the issue wasn't resolved and I had to open another one yesterday. It is clear I am not going to get the calander but they have charged me for it and won't admit I am not going to get it. It's just very annoying to have to chase a company like this for answers. I hope I will be able to get a refund but even if I do the whole process has been pathetic and infuriating on their part.
