Appalling business
Paid for my order 4 weeks ago. Items will not be delivered as Royal Mail expect me to pay £24 for delivery which Lookfantastic told me was free
They will not provide a refund unless I pay the Mail charges - tactics tantamount to blackmail
Repeated messages produce little or no response
Now left with no alternative but to issue court proceedings to get my money back
Please please please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
