Absolutely shocking service - order is no where to be seen and can't even track it's status. Every time I contacted customer service I was given ambiguous responses with no real answer. I was promised £5 credit to my account for compensation which never appeared and when I enquired I was just blatantly ignored. Waste of money on luxury products.
