Very frustrated as i placed an order 2 weeks ago for christmas presents and although 2 out of 3 of my orders came one by one after a long wait, the 3rd item still says ‘order placed’ and hasnt been dispatched yet. I have sent numerous messages but no one has got back to me and im so angry as i have paid for it and unsure what to do next as its a present and im running out of time! Customer services is USELESS!
