I placed an order with Look Fantastic on 27 November. They have my money but I still do not have my parcel at 14 December. They contracted Hermes to deliver it who claim that the parcel is too damaged to deliver. I have contacted both Hermes and Look Fantastic several times but have so far had no helpful response from either. This parcel included a Christmas gift which I cannot afford to replace. Hermes just say ‘Contact the Company who I ordered the items from’ and Look Fantastic just say they will look into it but, so far, haven’t done anything to help since first informing them 5 days ago.
