Absolutely horrendous to deal with. Ordered 10 items and only received 2. After numerous messages sent have now been informed that part of my order is coming from a warehouse in Poland?? And will be another 21days! This was Christmas gifts I ordered.
They have been paid for the goods and all I have is 2 items.
How are they getting away with this? Part of my order was a free gift only and not the main item which I was getting the gift for. Just Dispicable. I am so annoyed with such poor customer service and feel done by! Robbed
