Lookfantanstic is a ridiculous company, without efficiency and credibility. My girlfriend bought an Estee Lauder suit. This suit was given to her mother as a gift. Her mother does not need it. She returned the goods immediately. Everything is intact. More than two months have passed, and the replies she got are all being checked. The delivery of the returned goods has been signed for more than two months ago. Such a company is really ridiculous, without efficiency and credibility. If you do not receive a refund, there is no way to protect your rights.
