The payment for my goods, ordered for Christmas have been returned via Pay Pal. I have received messages from Lookfantastic that Royal Mail have lost the goods. Tracked on Royal Mail states, although they were local to me, they are now in York! Looks like Herges was the problem before now Royal Mail.
