Really question the validity of this company. I returned an order which I received an email saying the refund has been processed, 2 weeks later the money still hadn’t come back in. The other order I placed for next day delivery has been ‘delayed’ for 3 weeks, still not dispatched and they refuse to offer a refund! Customer service is completely incompetent and can’t understand basic English, sending responses completed unrelated to your questions. Feel Unique, Cult Beauty, All Beauty and Space NK all have the same brands with better discounts and loyalty programmes, are reputable and don’t scam their customers!
