Received my hair mask Friday it was totally smashed to pieces. The postman said they had received it in that state and told me to refuse it and he would send it back to them. I’ve tried to contact look fantastic and all you get is a automated email promising to get back to you in 48 hours. I’ve heard nothing . There contact phone number is not in use and no live chat. They are probably taking advantage of the current situation. They are a disgrace.I’m NEVER buying from them again. I’ll stick with all beauty they care about their customers.
