Ordered nearly 120 pounds worth of goods the last week of November- it is now 21 December and I haven’t received it! I sent in 3 requests for a refund and completed the necessary form3 times and have received no refund - uncontactable by phone - awful customer service - I won’t be buying again. Be warned!
