Ordered Christmas present along with makeup in their Black Friday offers on 30th November. Revived half the order through and had to repeatedly message them regarding an outstanding item for weeks. Then told me not in stock and no timeframe of when it would be. Then I practically had to BEG for them ti cancel the item. Now it’s Christmas Eve and again I’m messaging BEGGING for my money back.
Disgusting customer service.
Would NEVER recommend this company.
