I too unfortunately need to add to the growing list of dissatisfied customers. Ordered gifts well in advance of Christmas, some arrived, some didn't. Their customer service is non existent and their replies take forever. It's now 28th December and the Christmas gifts still haven't arrived. Avoid this company, there are better out there.
