AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I have used lookfantastic to buy beauty products from for around a year - however my last 2 orders have not arrived and just keep saying they are busy and will get the items to me as soon as they are in stock, however they are still selling them on the website so they must still be in stock. I ordered the items 6 weeks ago!! For Christmas gifts and have still not received them, I have emailed customer services twice and just received an automated response. I will not be ordering from them again, they have gone downhill and are absolute scammers!!!!
