Shocking Customer & Delivery service from this once great approachable online retailer. Now too big for their boots offering deliverables they can’t fulfil and making it virtually impossible to resolve an issue when it arises. I placed an order on the 30th November for my daughter in Australia. On their web site it states 1-2 days delivery, which is slightly optimistic anyway but that’s what they offer ! 31 days later there is no sign of it. They have refunded the order but I didn’t ask them to and that’s not the point....I simply wanted her to have gifts intended for her birthday and Christmas which she never got. Now you can only contact incompetent Customer Service people through the web site who haven’t got a clue and make no effort to understand and give a helpful and supportive service.
