I would vote negative star if I could! Worst customer support experience ever, I ordered 2 times in early Nov 2020, by now, Jan 5, received nothing. The communication channel is extremely difficult, I had to repeat myself to different customer support . One asked me to confirm if anybody signed in my household or neighbour, where in their website , it is showing pre- delivery as status ...” I have never experienced a horrible online shopping experience as bad as this one ...
