I signed up for a 3 month subscription on in September was then charged 2x Dec 1x in Jan 1xFeb and no boxes. I checked my account on their website no subscriptions where live after Nov as the 3 month one was up also this deal was the advent calendar that arrived on the 17th Dec I also reordered some products the 22nd to be told delivery was attempted and wasn’t.
Re the subscription thing I emailed CS response ‘Due to the nature of our service being a blind purchase, we are unable to accept a return for the initial product.’
I never even got the boxes otherwise I’d of been onto them sooner. NEVER USE LOOKFANTASTIC AGAIN
Any guidance on whether I can bring the issue up with my bank ? Thanks
