Very bad service. I made an order over the Black Friday weekend and it never arrived. I had to get in touch to prompt them to look in to it.
Made an order last week and they only took partial payment of the order total with no explanation. Sent a message and still no response this week. It seems they are selling stock that they don't have.
Very bad service and I wouldn't recommend LookFantastic after these two incidents. Such a pity as they work alongside great brands.
