Worst customer service experience ever. Didn’t due their job spent a good deal of money on an Exuviance product. Product went to wrong address customer service said they could not help reroute product. Post office couldn’t reroute product because their was insufficient return address so post office discarded product. Look fantastic said oh well nothing they could do. I spent almost $50 on product and Look Fantastic treated me and my purchase as if it were nothing of their concern. I went to my bank and they helped get my money back. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
