I purchased two items off the website the total came to around £25, I kept getting emails telling me my order hadn’t been dispatched even though it was meant to be delivered within 3-5 working days I waited patiently for 10 days before I spoke to a member of their staff on customer service live chat, where I was told I needed to wait 24 hours for an update. Two days go by and still no reply off the company so yet again I went onto customer service live chat where I was told my order had not been dispatched still 12 days later!! I chose to cancel my order because they clealry didn’t care I had been waiting well over the time I was meant to for my order! First time ordering off there and will definitely be the last
