Terribly slow delivery and painful return policy. They make you jump through hoops with inordinate number of questions that go on and on until you as the consumer decide enough is enough and can't bother to waste anymore time with the return process. I ended up binning some unopened products that caused bad skin reaction because I could no take the never ending back and forth questions. Worst retailer I have ever dealt with.
