Item was missing from order. I contacted Help and they said it was out of stock and being shipped now from USA. Not only did it take an extra two weeks but I then had to pay massive import fees. The reason I bought products with LF in the first place was to avoid import issues into Germany. I reached out to Customer Service and they never apologized. They are quite unprofessional and horrible people. The conversation I ended up sending to myself if anything should go down with this firm. Really shady.
