I keep receiving emails stating my order has not been shipped for almost a month and after contacting customer service I received an answer they can’t give me my money back because my order has been shipped which is obviously not truth as I have no email confirming it, no tracking number, nothing. After reading all the other reviews I understand I won’t get my order or my money back. It’s a shame I had nice experience with them before.
