Ordered nearly $100 worth of beauty products weeks ago. Still waiting with no real specifics on the order or when I can expect it. It hasn’t been shipped out and there are no details on expected ship date. Only mass auto generated emails saying they’re delayed. It seems like a scam. Like no real human is reading or responding. No response to my messages. I’m asking for a refund and no response. Extremely disappointing and will never use Look Fantastic again.
