From the reviews, I see that LookFantastic is a hit-or-miss type of company. They have a good product selection, but I'm disappointed in the delivery service. Every single item came separately within one month. I tried to cancel a few products because an estimated time of delivery was after 6 months(bizarre IMO), but their automatic cancellation system didn't work, so I made a direct request. They responded really quickly(within 24 hours) and their explanation was that there was a surge in demand for those particular products. That's OK, this happens, but then they were able to send the products much faster, so that was weird. I'm glad that I received the products finally and the quality is good, but I would not purchase again from them.
